PDA Remote Control (Android OS) Standard
The standard PDA remote control for the pallet shuttle comes with physical buttons, supporting bare-handed touch screen operation in normal temperature environments and direct operation using physical buttons while wearing gloves. Apps developed based on the Android system can also be installed and run on your own PDA.
Open Assistant SDK and API free
Open and standard control port protocols and auxiliary toolkits allow integrators to independently develop simple and efficient programs or systems that support internet system control, AGV control, stacker control, and PDA remote control.
Car bottom docking station new
The pallet shuttle docking station is 20mm high and is already equipped with mechanical limits to prevent side slip of conventional forks. It also supports customers in independently developing and installing third-party attachments on the vehicle's bottom docking station, based on their own forks or other needs. The actual height of the attachment can be up to 60mm.
Reduce track deformation risk Safely
The lifting plates of the shuttle car are designed to be vertically loaded by the traveling wheels, ensuring the vehicle body remains horizontal when under load. This prevents the "bouncing" effect that would increase the outward deformation of the traveling track.
Reduce the risk of pallet bottom beam cracking Safely
The lifting plate of the pallet shuttle directly bears the vertical force on the pallet's blocks when lifting, avoiding the pallet's most fragile bottom plate beams from bearing the maximum vertical shear force.
Lightweight vehicle body design Safely
Standard pallet shuttle car, under the condition of carrying standard wide-temperature batteries (-25℃~+60℃), the operating state self-weight does not exceed 200kg, and the dynamic load requirement on the track is lower when carrying loads.
